I've just finished watching the series finale of Mai Otome and I am so in love with the series. Especially since it has this "It is LIKE magical girl but NOT" with the mecha like robes. The wearers MUST be female, virgins (because of the nanotechnology has a very bad weakness if it gets in contact with sperm), and they are the personal bodyguards to politicians, royalty, rich families, etc.
So for me, even though we only got to see Akane Soir in her Otome robe for a few seconds in the finale, I HAD to draw her. This is based off of a japanese wallpaper that I saw of her. I'm very proud of this. ^_^ Akane Soir/Mai Otome © Sunrise Animation |
